 Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce

 

Boathouse Cocktail Sauce

cups ketchup
1 1/2
cups chili sauce

lemons, juiced

teaspoons Worcestershiresauce

teaspoon Tabasco sauce

cup prepared horseradish

 

 

Combine all of the ingredients together and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Makes 1 quart.

Cocktail Sauce

cup ketchup or chili sauce
1-2
tablespoons prepared horseradish

tablespoon lemon juice
2-3
dashes liquid hot red pepper seasoning

 

Mix all ingredients and let stand 1/2 hour for flavors to blend. Serve with seafood. Make 1 cup.
