Salmon Party Ball Recipe

 

This recipe is an oldie but goody! You could substitute fresh cooked salmon for the canned. If you use the canned, remove and discard the skin before flaking the salmon.

1-pound can salmon (2 cups)

8-ounce package cream cheese

tablespoon lemon juice

teaspoons grated onion

teaspoon horseradish
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2
cup pecans, chopped
1
tablespoon chopped parsley

 

 

Drain and flake salmon.  Combine all ingredients except parsley and nuts.  Refrigerate until firm.  Roll into ball and cover with mixed parsley and nuts.  Serve with crackers.
