Bloody Mary

 

This recipe makes the best Bloody Mary!  The combination of seasonings is excellent and makes all the difference between an ordinary and an exceptional drink.

cups cold tomato juice
1/4
cup lemon juice
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4
teaspoon Tabasco
1/4
teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4
teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Famous Creole Seasoning
Pinch freshly ground pepper
3/4
cup vodka
Ice cubes (optional)
4
celery sticks, for garnish

 

 

In blender combine tomato juice, lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, horseradish, and seasonings.  Whirl until well combined.

 

Pour vodka into 4 tall, slender glasses, using 3 tablespoons for each drink.  Add ice cubes, if desired.  Then divide tomato juice mixture among the glasses and stir well.  Garnish each drink with a celery stick.  Serves 4.
