Moist Coconut Cake

2-layer package pudding-recipe yellow cake mix
1
8-ounce can cream of coconut
1
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1
8-ounce container Cool Whip
1
cup coconut

 

 

Prepare and bake cake mix using package directions for 9 x 13” cake.  Pierce warm cake with toothpick several times.  Spread cream of coconut over cake top.  Pour condensed milk over all.  Chill overnight.  Spread with Cool Whip.  Sprinkle with coconut. 

 

Makes 15 servings.
