Yummy Fudge.Recipe

cups walnuts

cups sugar
1
large can evaporated milk
3
cups chocolate chips

8-ounce jar marshmallow cream
1/2
pound margarine (2 sticks)
1
tablespoon vanilla

 

 

Break walnuts into pieces.  Butter 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and line with waxed paper.  Combine chocolate chips, margarine, marshmallow cream, and vanilla in large bowl.  Place sugar in large kettle with evaporated milk.  Bring to boil, and cook to soft ball stage (234°), stirring constantly.  Pour boiling mixture over chocolate chip mixture.  Beat 2 or 3 minutes, add nuts and stir.  Pour into pan and let stand overnight.  Use only margarine as butter makes it too greasy.  Cut margarine up for faster melting.  Can be frozen.
