Melting Moments


cup cornstarch
cup powdered sugar
cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2
cups butter



Place cornstarch, sugar, and flour in food processor with steel blade.  Mix until blended.  Cut butter into pieces and add to flour mixture.  Whirl until dough forms ball.  Chill dough about 1 hour.  Form into one inch balls and roll in granulated sugar.  Stamp immediately with cookie stamp.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
