Easy Chocolate Mousse Pie

cup milk chocolate chips
1/3
cup milk

tablespoons sugar

3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1
8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed

8-inch graham cracker or chocolate crumb crust

 

 

Melt chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk.  Beat sugar into cream cheese.  Add remaining milk and chocolate mixture to cream cheese.  Fold into Cool Whip.  Spoon into graham cracker crust, and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.  For easier cutting, take out of freezer 10 minutes before servings. 

 

Serves 6.
