Breakfast Burritos

eggs

green pepper, diced
1
yellow pepper, diced
1
onion, diced
Diced green chilies, to taste
1/2
cup diced ham or precooked sausage
1/2
cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Colby jack)
Flour tortillas
Salsa
Sour cream

 

 

Fry peppers, onion, chilies and ham in skillet in small amount of oil until soft.  Add eggs and scramble until cooked.  Warm tortillas.  Serve eggs with tortillas, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
