Cheese Baked Eggs

teaspoon butter, melted
1
tablespoon cream
1
large egg
Havarti cheese, shredded
  Salt and pepper

 

 

Butter a 3-1/2 ounce ramekin; add cream.  Gently crack a farm-fresh egg into ramekin.  Season with salt and pepper.  Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.  Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
