Chorizo and Eggs

pound chorizo
6
eggs
Flour tortillas
Picante sauce

 

 

Remove chorizo from casing.  Brown chorizo in nonstick skillet, breaking up as you fry it.  Cook until brown.  Push to one side of the skillet.  Break eggs into a cup and beat lightly.  Add to empty side of skillet.  Scramble eggs and then mix with chorizo when almost done.  Finish cooking, but do not overcook eggs.
