Deviled Eggs

tablespoons mayonnaise

tablespoons sugar

teaspoon salt

tablespoons French’s mustard
1/8
teaspoon white pepper
1 to 2
tablespoons sweet pickle juice
1
tablespoons sweet pickle juice

 

 

Place eggs in large saucepan.  Slowly bring to a gentle boil. (See Hard Boiled Egg Recipe) Reduce heat slightly, and simmer gently for 11 minutes.  Carefully drain off hot water and cover with ice water.  Let sit in ice water for 15 minutes.

 

Cut eggs in half, remove yolks.  Place yolks in bowl and add remaining ingredients.  Mix until smooth.  Fill whites with yolks.  Makes 24.
