Crockpot French Dip

3 pound rump roast
1/2
cup soy sauce
1
beef bouillon cube
1
bay leaf
1
teaspoon thyme
3-4
peppercorns
1
teaspoon garlic powder
Water

 

 

Place meat in crockpot.  Add remaining ingredients, including enough water to cover roast.  Cook on low for 10 hours.  Remove meat and slice.  Strain juices and serve with meat. 

 

Serves 6-8.
