Linda’s Other Spaghetti Sauce

pound ground beef

tablespoons olive oil
1
cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

cloves garlic, minced
1
onion, diced
2
cans (27 ounce) Hunt’s Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
2
tablespoons Tones Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning (buy at Sam’s Club)
3/4
cup red wine

 

 

Sauté ground beef in Dutch oven.  Drain and remove from pan.  In same pan, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms, garlic, and onion until onion is wilted.  Add ground beef and rest of ingredients.  Simmer over low heat for approximately 1 hour.  Makes 8 servings.  Serve over pasta.  Can be frozen.
