Sautéed Beef Cubed Steaks

 

This is a very easy recipe and is low fat and fast to prepare.  I often serve this with sautéed mushrooms. 

 

 

4
cube steaks
  Vegetable oil
  Water or beef broth or red wine
  Thyme, ground black pepper

 

 

Lightly grease hot skillet or use non-stick skillet.  Cook beef cubed steaks over medium high heat, approximately 4-5 minutes on each side.  Season to taste.  Remove steaks.  Swirl a little water, beef broth, or red wine in pan.  You can add a pinch of thyme and ground black pepper to the sauce if you prefer. Pour juices over steaks.
