Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs

cups assorted vegetables (I use mushrooms, zucchini slices,
onions, and green bell pepper)
1/2
cup olive oil
1/4
cup white wine vinegar
4
teaspoons McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1
teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1
pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

 

 

Combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, and seasonings.  Pour half over vegetables in Ziploc bag.  Cut chicken into 1-1/2 inch cubes and pour rest of marinade over chicken in a separate Ziploc bag.  Marinate bags in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

 

Remove chicken and vegetables from refrigerator and remove from marinade.  Discard marinade.

 

Spear chicken and vegetables on metal skewers.  Lightly sprinkle chicken and vegetables with addition Montreal Chicken Seasoning.  Grill kabobs 10 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is done, turning frequently. 

 

Serves 6.
