One Dish Chicken and Rice Bake

10-3/4-ounce cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup

cups water
1 1/2
cups uncooked regular long grain rice
1/2
teaspoon paprika
1/2
teaspoon pepper
6
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

 

 

In 3 quart shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper.  Place chicken on rice mixture.  Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper.  Cover.  Bake at 375 degrees  1-1/2 hours or until done. 

 

Serves 6.
