Barbecued Spare Ribs

1 1/2
cup catsup
1 1/2
tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1/2
cup brown sugar
1/2
cup vinegar (a little less)
1/2
teaspoon liquid smoke
1 to 2
pounds boneless country pork ribs

In an 8 cup measuring cup, mix catsup, Old Bay seasoning, brown sugar, vinegar, and liquid smoke.  Put ribs in covered baking pan.  Add sauce.  Bake at 275 degrees for 3-4 hours.  Stir sauce and baste several times.  After cooking, the sauce may be thick and can be thinned with water as desired.  Remove ribs.  Skim any grease from sauce.

Put ribs back in the sauce and serve.
