Orange-Glazed Pork Chops

3/4 inch thick pork chops
Salt and pepper to Taste
Flour

tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2
cup orange juice
2
tablespoons brown sugar
2
tablespoons orange marmalade
1
tablespoon vinegar

 

 

Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.  Heat oil in heavy skillet; brown pork chops on both sides. 

 

In 1 cup glass measuring cup, combine orange juice, brown sugar, orange marmalade and vinegar.  Mix well.  Pour orange juice mixture over pork chops.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer 40-45 minutes. 

 

Serves 4.
