Pork with Green Chile

pounds pork, boneless

7-ounce cans green chilies, chopped
4
cloves garlic, minced
2
medium onions, chopped
1
16 ounce can diced tomatoes
2
cups water

Salt, pepper

 

 

Cut pork into small cubes.  Sauté until browned.  Add rest of ingredients.  Simmer uncovered for 1-2 hours, until pork is tender, stirring occasionally.  Serve in flour tortillas with refried beans and sour cream.
