Wonderful White Rice



cup long grain rice
cup short grain rice
cup jasmine rice




Mix all rice together. Rinse rice three times in cold water.  Put drained rice in 3-quart saucepan or electric rice cooker.  Cover with cold water to depth one inch above the level of the rice.  Cover.  Start electric rice cooker, or bring to boil, and then adjust to simmer and cook 20 minutes.   Remove saucepan from heat and let sit undisturbed for 15 to 20 minutes.  Fluff rice and serve. 


Makes about 4 cups of cooked rice.
