Angel Hair Pasta in Garlic Sauce

16-ounce packages capellini (angel-hair) pasta
1/4
cup olive oil
1/4
cup chopped fresh parsley
4
cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2
cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper

 

 

 

Cook pasta as directed on package.  Meanwhile, heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Cook parsley and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is soft.  Drain pasta; mix with garlic mixture.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Serve with pepper.
