Fabulous Gorgonzola Dressing

ounces Gorgonzola Cheese, chilled and crumbled

cups mayonnaise
1
cup sour cream
1/2
cup buttermilk
2
tablespoons chives or green onions, finely chopped
1-2
cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1
tablespoon lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2
teaspoon fresh ground pepper

 

 

Crumble the Gorgonzola into a medium-size mixing bowl.  Stir in all of the remaining ingredients.  Cover and chill at least several hours before serving.  Overnight is best. 

 

Makes about one quart of dressing.
