Four Bean Salad

16-ounce can cut green beans

16-ounce can red kidney beans

16-ounce can garbanzo beans

16-ounce can cut wax beans
1
medium fresh onion, thinly sliced
1/2
cup sugar
2/3
cup vinegar
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon pepper
1/2
cup vegetable oil
1
teaspoon Italian herbs

 

 

Drain beans, discarding liquid.  Combine and toss with onion.

 

Combine remaining ingredients for dressing and pour over beans.  Mix to coat well; chill. 

 

Serve on salad greens.
