Frozen Pea Salad

10-ounce packages frozen peas, thawed but not cooked

8-1/2 ounce can water chestnuts, sliced

6-1/4 ounce can cashews
1/2
pound bacon, fried crisp, drained, and crumbled
1
cup sliced green onion

cup sour cream

 

 

Combine and mix all ingredients except cashews and bacon.  Refrigerate.  Just before serving, add nuts and bacon. 

 

Serves 8.
