Kidney Bean Salad

16-ounce can kidney beans, drained
1/4
cup diced celery

chopped sweet pickles

small onion, minced

hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/8
teaspoon pepper
1/4
cup mayonnaise or sour cream

 

 

Mix together all ingredients.  Chill thoroughly and serve on salad greens. 

 

Make 4 servings.
