cup extra-virgin olive oil

teaspoons Penzey's Sandwich Sprinkle seasoning
4
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

 

 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Cut the baguette into 1-inch cubes.  Mix the olive oil and seasoning in a Ziploc bag.  Add the bread, seal and toss until well combined.  Place seasoned bread cubes on parchment covered baking sheet.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 

 

Bake for 40 minutes until crisp and browned.
