Main Dish Tuna Salad

ounces pasta shells or spirals

6-ounce can albacore tuna, drained

cup chopped celery
1/2
cup chopped carrots
1/2
cup finely chopped onions
1/2
cup chopped sweet pickle
3
hard-cooked eggs, chopped

 

 

Dressing

 

1/2
cup mayonnaise
2
tablespoons sweet pickle juice
1
tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2
teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper

 

 

Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain;  cool.  Combine tuna, celery, carrots, onions, pickle and eggs in a large bowl;  add pasta.  Blend dressing ingredients.  Pour over all;  stir to mix.  Chill thoroughly. 

 

Serves 5 - 6.
