Oriental Pasta Salad

ounces rotini, uncooked

large tomato, chopped

small cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2
cup chopped celery
1/4
cup chopped green pepper
1/4
cup sliced green onions
1/4
cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4
cup rice vinegar
1
tablespoon sesame oil
1
can chicken or tuna (optional)

 

 

Cook pasta until al dente.  Rinse with cold water and drain.  Add vegetables and mix.  Mix vinegars and sesame oil.  Add to salad mixture.  Add meat if desired.  Cover and chill thoroughly. 

 

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
