Vinaigrette Dressing

shallots, finely minced

teaspoon dry mustard

tablespoons red wine vinegar

tablespoon fresh lemon juice

cup olive oil

teaspoon salt or to taste
Fresh ground petter to taste
1/4
teaspoon dried tarragon

 

 

Blend all ingredients.

Place in small glass bottle.
