Steak and Cheese Sandwich

 

 

Thin sliced, raw tri-tip roast
6
hoagie type soft rolls
Sliced provolone cheese
Sliced green peppers
Sliced onions
Salt, pepper
Butter

 

Butter sandwich roll and grill until lightly browned on inside.  Cook meat over medium high heat in skillet until beginning to brown.  Add onions and green peppers and cook until meat is done, seasoning with salt and pepper.  Divide meat into sandwich size portions and top with sliced cheese.  Heat in skillet until cheese is melted.  Place each portion on a roll. 

 

Serve hot.
