 Tuna Burgers

               Tuna Burger with Lay's Jalapeno Kettle chips

Cup evaporated milk (or half and half)
1-1/2

Cups soft bread crumbs from buns (see directions)

Envelope Good Seasons salad dressing mix (dry)

6 ounce cans tuna

Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Hamburger buns

 

              

Gently hollow out bun halves with fork  and use for crumbs.  Pour evaporated milk over bread crumbs in bowl.  Add dry salad dressing mix.  Mix with fork until blended.  Add tuna and cheese;, mix well.  Spoon mixture onto bun halves.  Broil 7 - 8 minutes or until browned. 

 

Serve open-faced.
