Tuna Pockets

6-1/2 ounce can tuna, drained

tablespoons sliced green onion

tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/4
cup chopped celery
1/4
cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
Leaf lettuce

pita pockets

 

 

 

In small mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, green onion, pickle relish, celery and salad dressing.  Slice pita pockets in half; line with small piece of leaf lettuce and fill with tuna salad mixture. 

 

Serves 2-4.
