Slow Cooker Ground Beef Stroganoff features hamburger meat and mushrooms served in a creamy sauce over egg noodles. It’s always a family favorite! We love ground beef stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef or stew meat (precook the ground beef, 2 cups of cooked = one pound)

  • 4 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 cup chopped Onion

  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/2 c Water

  • 1 c. Sour Cream

  • 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic

  • 1 packet of Onion Soup Mix

  • Egg Noodles to serve over & cook that day

  • Sliced Mushrooms optional

Directions

  • Chop one onion.
  • Brown ground beef with onion. Drain grease.
  • Place all ingredients, except egg noodles and sour cream in slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  • Cook egg noodles on stove top and add to the slow cooker along with sour cream.
  • Serve.
