This Fresh fruit salad is made with strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, and other fresh fruit along with hints of orange and mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 Red Grapefruits – peeled, segmented

  • 18 ounces Fresh Blackberries

  • 1-2 Mint Leaves – sliced thin

  • Pinch Flaked Sea Salt

  • 5 ounces Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

  • Combine grapefruit sections and blackberries. Transfer to serving dish.
  • Top with mint leaves, sea salt and Greek yogurt.
  • Stir and Serve.
